Looking for an Organized and Efficient Admin Assistant for Our College
Responsibilities:
1. Manage general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence,
maintaining office supplies.
2. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for faculty and staff.
3. Assist with the organization and maintenance of student records, including enrollment,
attendance, and academic progress.
4. Collaborate with various departments to support college-wide initiatives.
5. Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for students, faculty, and visitors.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelors degree is a plus.
2. 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
3. Excellent organizational / time management skills.
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Maintaining Discretion and confidentiality.
