Mabel Gomes (54), originally from Barkur, daughter of Cyril Peter and Rosalia D’Souza, wife of Joslyn Gomes, mother of Jordan and Jolene, sister of Rocky, Gratian, Zita, Ritchie, Vincy, Cynthia, Melchior and Trevor, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2010.

Funeral cortege leaves residence for Sacred Heart Church, Santa Cruz West, Mumbai on Tuesday, September 28 at 3:30 pm. Mass at 4:00 pm.

Dear Joslyn and family,
Heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. May the almighty provide the family with the strength to cope for the loss of your dear one.As we all are aware, none of us can control the death. But always wished if we could controlled Death. However, we all living are one day to die either today or tomorrow.Has anyone thought of seeing them back again in a healthy condition? Yes our BIBLE gives us the hope, we can hope to see our dead loved ones back. How? Promise recorded in John 5:28 it says “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice” yes this is the wonderful hope, Jesus promised to all his mankind, and we have every reason to believe this because Jesus resurrected Lazarus! This means he has the power to resurrect all our dead loved ones who have died after Adam and Eve. Jesus also promised the thief who was crucified along side of Jesus saying you will be with me in PRADISE yes the long awaited PRADISE is very soon to come. We are living in a world that is filled with all wicked acts. Because the bible says in 1John 5:19 We know we originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the [power of the] wicked one. However we are also living in the last days as recorded in 2Timothy3:1-6 we all are witnessing the signs of last days. Therefore it is very urgent to come to an accurate knowledge of the bible by learning about Jehovah our creator and his son Jesus Christ. John 17:3.
