Gladys Fernandes (76), Bangalore, wife of the late Galdin (Henry) Fernandes, Bangalore, mother of Dr Patrick / Diana Chicago, Dr Donald / Sophie, Dublin, Joy / Judy, Bangalore, Aloysius / Veena, Abu Dhabi, grand mother of Jovita, Joel, Grenville, Gail, Simona, Darren and Dhillon passed away on Sunday, November 22 in Bangalore.

Funeral cortege leaves residence “Anugraha”, 194, Wheeler Road Extension, Bangalore at 9 am. on Wednesday November 25, for Mass at Ascension Church at 10 am followed by funeral rites at Kalpalli cemetery.

Dear Patty/Diana,Donny/Sophie, Joy/Judy, Loy/Veena fly members We were sorry to learn the demise of Gladys. She was such a lovable person and full of warmth and camaraderie. In her teens she was a danseuse too. She raised up the children single-handedly with love and care when Henry was abroad. We extend to you all our heartfelt sympathies.
