Riyadh: Annual general body meeting of BSMI held

Riyadh, Dec 1: The annual general body meeting of BSMI (Bajpe Surrounding Minorities Itihad), here, was held on Friday November 27 at Uzariya Resort, here, Saudi Arabia.

The event started with the Qirat recited by Mohammed Nahiz, Azeez Bankal welcomed the guests and members to the meeting, and the meeting was presided by the committee president, Nisar Ahmed.

The general secretary, Irshad Moidin presented the annual report and the balance sheet.

A new committee for 2020-2021 of BSMI Riyadh was formed during this annual meet by the chief guest Sayed Bawa Bankal, president of BAMA Dammam and founder member of BSMI Riyadh. The other chief guests were Brother Noushad Ahmed (BAMA vice-president), Shareef Bajpe, Sheik Karambar and Jaleel Konchar.

Irshad Moidin was elected president, Harshad Ayub and Khalid Kanchi as vice-presidents, Sabith Hassan as general secretary, Shafeeq Shareef as secretary, Raazik as treasurer, Salauddin, Ansar Ahmed as event organizers and Azeez Bankal and Sheik Karambar as advisors.

Akwil Ahmed, Samith Abdullah, Thousif Moidin, Imran Batrakere, Nizam Sunkadakatte, Salam, Mohammed Aziz, and Yasir Pyara were elected as the executive committee members.

At the meeting, the committee discussed the various plans that could be implemented for the development of Bajpe and its surrounding jamaths.

The event was followed by various sports and games for children and adults Sabith Hassan was the MC for the event.
