Mangaluru: Shrishan Bangera bags bronze medal at state Mini Olympics

Mangaluru, Feb 14: Karnataka Olympic Association and Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports organised Karnataka State Mini Olympics-2020 at Basavanagudi Swimming Pool on February 4 and 5.

Many swimmers from Dakshina Kannada participated in the meet.

Shrishan Bangera bagged a bronze medal in 50 m Butterfly. He is the only swimmer who won a medal for Dakshina Kannada.

Shrishan Bangera is getting trained under the leadership of V Ramakrishna Rao, head coach, Rajesh Antony Bengre, senior coach, K Nagaraj, assistant coach and Sanketh Bengre, assistant coach.
