Fadnavis was made Maha CM to transfer Rs 40K cr of central funds: Anant Kumar Hegde

New Delhi, Dec 2 (IANS): In a sensational claim which is expected to snowball into a major political controversy, BJP MP from Karnataka Anant Kumar Hegde has claimed that Devendra Fadnavis was sworn in as Maharashtra Chief Minister to prevent central funds worth Rs 40,000 crore from being misused.

If Hegde's claims are true and which are yet to be corroborated, questions will arise on what are these funds and how were they transferred by Fadnavis within a couple of days. There will have to be some Maharashtra government order authorizing this transfer. Anant Hegde has had a track record of making controversial statements on various issues.

Anant Kumar Hegde

Fadnavis was sworn in as CM in Maharashtra with Ajit Pawar as Deputy CM but resigned before the floor test with a few days and the troika of Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress formed the government with Uddhav Thackeray as Chief Minister.

Fadnavis became CM despite lacking majority support and Hegde, the BJP MP for Uttara Kannada in Karnataka, said over the weekend that these funds would have been misused by an opposition coalition led by the Shiv Sena.

Hegde claimed that it took Fadnavis just 15 hours to move the funds. All of it was returned to the central government, the BJP MP claimed as per media reports.

Hegde claimed the BJP had staged a "drama" to save the funds. He added that the BJP knew that there was no majority in Maharashtra but the whole exercise was undertaken to save the central funds, a claim that remains to be corroborated.

Its no doubt that like these type of statements within few days BJP will form the government in Maharastra like Karnataka. In year 2023 once again continue its power. Because opposition party is busy in EVM machine they are not intersted in democracy only in Monarch system. Within five years India produced good leaders like Kejriwal , Kanihya Kumar they have full capable to change the future of this country. But not understanding why people are running behind a puppet rulers or monarch system.

If the funds were there than Shiva sena will misuse its crime. If fadnavis government is there the funds would have transferred back to central government. They are correct if shiva sena misuses than its crime but BJP misuses these funds than it's not criminal offence.

Sharad Pawar knew very well that BJP will not revoke President rule, and formation of SS lead government is not possible for another six months. It was Mr. Pawar's planned move to send Ajit Pawar to BJP with assurance of support. The total drama was to remove President rule and he succeeded in doing that, clearing way to form SS lead government.

Former Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis on Monday dismissed BJP MP Anant kumar Hegde's claim that he was made CM last month despite lacking majority only to 'protect' Rs 40,000 crore central funds from being 'misused'.

"Neither Centre asked for any funds nor the Maharashtra government sent it back," Fadnavis said in clearing the bluff of Mr. Hegde.

What this Anant Kumar Hegde gets by telling this nonsense, no one can understand.

Millions of Indians have been absorbed foreign countries and the situation in GCC countries is working in favour of Locals. (Nationalization implementation).

Within India unemployment is at the peak for the last 70 years. Make in India is only a slogan.

BJP will have to answer to the public. Modiji as usual, foreign tours and during election campaigning he knows how to influence the public through his oratory skils! (lies, religious, Ram temple, Congress and Gandhi fly)

This country is almost in the verge of collapse from it's "Economic Strength" with the kind of Jocker Ministers which we have at the cost of Adani and Ambani's. Acche Din Aagaye. BJP is a sinking ship now onwards...people got to know Onion at Rs.120 per K.g and Fuel at Rs.80 plus a Ltr. Other day Industrialist Rahul Bajaj gave openly enough to Amith Mota Bhai in Mumbai in a award function. Even business tycoons of this country has realized the ground reality!
