Mangaluru, Nov 8: Senior Congress leader B Janardhana Poojary said, "BJP will definitely win the upcoming MCC elections and Congress will shed tears on November 14.”
Addressing media here on Friday, November 8, Poojary said, "Congress party is the best, but the leaders do not know how to speak. Hence, BJP will win the elections and Congress will face the consequences.
"The historical Ayodhya judgment will be announced and everyone should maintain peace and harmony. The decision of the court needs to be respected.
"The audio tape of Yediyurappa allegedly referring to Operation Kamala is in front of the Supreme Court and it is a welcome step of the court to consider the dialogues delivered in the audio tape. Yediyurappa and Amit Shah need to take responsibility for this and resign from their position.
When asked about Siddaramaiah statement that Congress has released Rs 5,300 crore to MCC, Poojary said, "It is a lie. When does Siddaramaiah speak truth?”
When asked about proposal of removing God’s names from liquor outlets, Poojary said, "It is a right decision to remove the name of gods from the name boards of liquor outlets.”
