Mangaluru: Twitterati takes up campaign demanding immediate NH repair

Mangaluru, Nov 8: Twitter enthusiasts from coastal Karnataka have launched 'Save NH 75' campaign. They have been condemning the deplorable condition of the highway between the city and Hassan, and inviting the attention of the people's representatives by urging them to arrange for repairs.

The people have been saying through the twitter that it has become a challenge to drive vehicles through the highway that is dotted with potholes and damaged portions. Global Education chairman T V Mohandas Pai, has urged immediate repair of national highway 75, duly tagging union minister for highways Nitin Gadkari.

Twitterati has also tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi, minister for highways Nitin Gadkari, Karnataka chief minister Yediyurappa, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel etc. They seem to be determined to continue with the campaign till repair work is undertaken.
