Mangaluru, Aug 22: "There is a belief that Lord Sri Krishna used to do charity in order for the poor people to celebrate festivals in a happy manner. Speaking on the occasion, parish priest of Bondel Church, Andrew Leo D'Souza said, "One who shows concern for the poor is loved by God. When the number of people, who wipe the tears of the poor and downtrodden in the society increases, the harmony improves. The service of Kavita Sanil in this regard is commendable."
