Mangaluru: PTA annual general body meet for Carmel School Kindergarten held

Mangaluru, Aug 13: A PTA annual general body meeting of Carmel School Kindergarten was held at the school auditorium.

Chief guest, Dr Preethi Keerthi D'Souza, was resource person for the day.

Sister Maria Kripa AC, joint secretary and Sister Rose Agnes AC, administrator were escorted by the principal, Sr Sarika AC and vice-principal Sr Maria Gracy AC.

The little ones put up a very creative welcome and the theme was 'He who plants a tree, Plants a hope'.



A unique welcome was set up which depicted the growth of a seed into a sapling with reference to the growth of LKG and UKG students.

A prayer dance and a welcome song were performed by the little tiny tots.

Parents gathered in large numbers happy to see the children perform.

Dr Preethi Keerthi D'Souza gave useful tips on parenting the little ones and also answered parents queries.

Sr Sarika, in her message thanked the parents for coming in full attendance and gave the necessary important instructions.

The programme concluded with the National Anthem.
