Daijiworld Media Network – Puttur (EP)

Puttur, Jun 25: Many people ignore accident victims and proceed as if they have not seen anything. People speed away when animals are injured due to careless driving. But a KSRTC bus driver on Bellare-Puttur route believes sympathy is beyond everything else. He rescued a cow which was struggling on roadside, as it was unable to walk. The video of his kind act has gone viral.

The incident happened near Puttur. The bus driver spotted the cow unable to walk as its legs were entangled in a rope. The bus driver, without any delay, stopped the bus, removed the rope that was troubling the cow and showed his compassion towards the animal in between his duty.

A passenger recorded the incident and the video has now gone viral now. The driver is being applauded for his kindness.

Indeed this is a very humane act on the part of the bus driver. The department concerned should award him with a suitable gift.

actually these kind of acts were done and are done even now by many people who do not shoot and send them to media.
This has become a fashion now.
I definitely appreciate the kind work done by the gentlemen. But it seems most of these acts nowadays are done for camera than from heart.

If it is sympathy then why video shoot and circulation? I think only show off all these things now a days. All planned things.

He works as an employee of KSRTC.

He has all the time in the world for such matters.

All other bus drivers are essentially contractors. They have no time. They income depends on how fast their can finish their run.

Very good action from driver.I wish the same sympathy would be shown to people sometimes who meet accident s.They only take video, film and send to all newspaper but forget to help them. The owner of that cow could have also see now and then towards the animal to give drink or to release from the tackles. However driver gave real help with presence of mind.Applaus.
