Bantwal, Apr 10: "Arms have no capability of solving any of the problems. Scriptures have solutions to every one of the problems," advocated Odiyoor Sri Gurudeva Dutta Samsthan Swamiji Sri Gurudevananda. He was delivering the benedictory address at the religious meeting organized as part of the Lord Hanuman birth anniversary at the Samsthan on Thursday April 9.

"A social system can be run only as long as the cost of plans and projects matches with the funds in the exchequer. We should have a sense of balance in everything we do. We should honour and respect righteousness. Lord Hauman reflects our confidence. If we follow the ideals for which the Lord lived, we automatically get confidence, contentment and a sense of fulfillment," he explained while delivering divine message on this auspicious occasion.

In his address, head of the department of Sanskrit, Dharmastala Manjunatheshwara College Dr E Mahabaleshwar Bhat hailed the Swamiji for starting several socially relevant and spiritually enriching plans for the benefit of the people.

Renuka Rai rendered the prayer. Odiyoor Vikasa project officer Satyaganapati Pambattaje welcomed. Executive Janagganath Rai proposed vote of thanks. Coordinator Vasant Peraje presented the programme.

The uninterrupted relay chanting of Bhajans, which started on the Rama Navami day at the temple, concluded on Thursday. The Bhajans teams which participated, were honoured. Various religious programmes like Deeparadhane, Ganapati Havana, Panchamukhi Anjaneya Mahayaga, worship of the serpent god and various cultural and folk programmes were organized.
