Puttur: Ram Bhat - Shaku Take U-turn, Call Upon Workers to Join BJP

Daijiworld Media Network - Puttur (SP)

Puttur, Jan 20: Swabhimani Vedike honorary president K Ram Bhat called upon the Vedike workers to join back the BJP en masse in the best interests of the country and in the light of the recent developments. "Let us be part of the BJP which we had deserted in the past, as it is in the best interests of the country and also to fulfill our long-cherished desire to see Lalkrishna Advani as the prime minister of the country," he advised them.

Speaking at a meeting of the Swabhimani Vedike workers held here on Monday January 19, Bhat said that the Vedike had held talks with the leaders of both Rashtreeya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the BJP. Resultantly, the Vedike has decided to merge itself with the BJP, he said. "However, the Vedike will be dissolved only after the last Vedike activist joins the BJP. The leaders and workers of the Vedike need not have any doubt or confusion on this aspect," he added.

Speaking on the occasion, Vedike president and ex-MLA Shakuntala Shetty said that the Vedike activists do not nurture any anger or enmity towards the BJP. Let us join the BJP to work towards achieving the goal of bringing the BJP back at the saddle in the central government, she requested.

Power can be so entycing and lucrative that one is willing to forget the difference, insults, humiliation and injury. This is exactly what these 2 so called leaders have done and there is WE the people who support them in such insulting acts. People should learn the moral standign of these people and ensure that they do follow them in anyway irrespective where & which party they belong.

Only a month back Ram Bhat accused BJP leadership of offering him Rs 10 crores during last MLA election to withdraw Shakunthala Shetty's nomination. He also accused some state BJP leaders of their immoral relationships. What happened to those things now? Should we conclude that you accepted the money this time and the immoral things became legitimate? I didn't expect Ram Bhat to go so cheap in politics. Whether he goes back to BJP or not, when he makes some allegations, he should not compromise with those things.

Today this is the worst cancer our society is suffering. Leaders with no backbone, no vision and no direction lead the masses. One blind leading the other blinds. Bhat should know that Advani is not eighteen but eighty four. So Advani may have many more dreams and bhat is going to fulfill them...? I just do not understand how people can sell their self respect(swabhiman) for power which is their own self identity.

Readers please note, all the leaders are from higher class i.e., Rao, Bhat, Hegde. Have you seen is there any backward caste leader are on the stage? if there are, is they give for them any leadership. These leaders are selfish and they want to control our country in thier hand and all the backward, minorities should work under their leadership, should work like slave. Remember once the our democratic country falls under them, Surely that is the end of our democratic and I would like to say that there is not far to become our country like our neighbouring countries. GOD SAVE OUR COUNTRY. DEFEAT THESE DEVIL.

In Politics no one can be friends or enemies, but the followers of political leaders are foolish. This is just one example for selfishness of political leaders. When something happens against them they need to consult their followers but when they benefit followers are ignored.

This is a fine example of true Indian politics and the freedom of choice and expression at its best. If Rahul Gandhi, who also wishes to be the PM one day (not for 1 day) could take and make British foreign secretary Milband to spend the night in a Dalit womans house, and tell him that, this is the true India, Ram Bhat can also ask his group to join the BJP to see Advani become the the PM, unless advani does notleave BJP and start his own party by then. Indian politics is so interesting and full of suspense.
