Mangaluru: Bondel Laughter Club conducts session for TCIC School

Mangaluru, Jan 10: A team from Bondel Laughter Club, , on January 10 conducted a 40-minute laughter session for the students and staff of TCIS Cambridge International School at its campus near Adyar on Mangaluru-BC Road Highway. The other members of the team were Prof A M Khalil and Venkappa M, both founder members of the club which recently celebrated its 5,000th session.

The school marked the event ahead of the World Laughter Day which falls in May when students go for their annual vacation. The enthusiastic students, about two hundred and up to 7th class and a dozen staff members heartily went through ten types of laughter, preceded by warm up of physical exercises and concluded with affirming half a dozen self-esteem declarations.



The school principal, Mercy Rego welcomed and introduced the main anchor who led the session. She said that the school is contemplating introduction of laughter sessions. In response, John Monteiro offered to help if needed to initiate and stabilise the laughter venture.
