Afterall I see here no reason has been given ,but looks like everybody knows the reason.why did he hit them ,is it because he was high with alcohol ?or any internal property issue?I appriciate that he went to police self, before something more happened.Hope he has not done with any psychiatric problems.Did he tell police what was the reason.?

Its not sunday mood..... I will tell my experience..... some people will work in Gulf and remit the savings to his parents and parents will make property and build the house. when parents are alive other brothers and sisters will stay with the parents and if they die then they will not think that parents made house and property from the money remitted by their brothers. they will say its our parents property and we got equal right. My suggestion is don't give everything to others, Keep for you and for your family. the difficult time no brother, father or any one comes for your resque.

A family dispute that got violent.

What I really surprised about, is the some comments are getting the community involved and make it sound as if this behaviour is rampant and many in the community are bad.

It is not known whose house and property is this. Its nothing but parental property dispute. If the sister has the right over the property then the share for which she is eligible should be given. Why attack like this.

If the property made by fathers earning than father got right to give it son or daughter as per his written documents. If father has given to son than daughter don't have any right in the property and if there is no written documents than both got right in the property. When parents are sick or need of finance I have seen most of the daughters say ..... I am married and looking after parents is sons responsibility and when parents goes than daughters will come for property than it is wrong. When daughters wants property than they have take equal responsibility to look after elders and younger generation of the family.

According to the law when owner of property alive even it is ancestral he can give anyone there is nothing he should give his children only he can give third party also. If he is died it's not divided then all have equal rights. As per Christian law
