Mumbai, Jul 17: Bengaluru Ratna monthly magazine celebrated its 14th anniversary at Udayanubhava Cultural Arts auditorium, Kempegowdanagar, Bengaluru on Monday July 16. Special achievers in various sectors were presented Karnataka Vikasarathna – 2018 and Bengaluru Rathna – 2018 awards on the occasion.

Social worker based in Mumbai, president of Kannada Sangha women's wing Dr Rajani Vinayaka Pai was conferred Bengaluru Rathna – 2018 award.

Kannada Sahitya Parishat state president Manu Baligar, poet Doddarange Gowda, MLA Ravi Subrahmanya, Doordarshan retired chief director Mahesh Joshi and other elite presented awards to special achievers and congratulated them.



Mumbai outskirts Mulund west resident Rajani Pai hails from Siddapur, Siddi, Uttara Kannada district. She has indulged in social work behind the scenes in Mumbai.
