Beltangady, May 1: A Tata Ace vehicle toppled on the seventh bend of Charmadi Ghat on Tuesday.

The vehicle was transporting green chillies from Chikkamagaluru to Dharmasthala.

As it approached the seventh bend, the driver lost control and the vehicle plunged into a deep gorge. Fortunately, the driver sustained only minor injuries and managed to escape.
