Mangaluru Jul 6: 'Lenhil Ferns' ,premium residential project of Land Trades Builders and Developers, was inaugurated by pro-chancellor of NITTE University and chairman of Tejasvini Hospital Dr M Shantharam Shetty here at Kadri on Friday July 6.

Addressing the gathering, Dr M Shantharam Shetty, said, “I have spent my 60 years in Kadri. Kadri is a beautiful place where you have Kadri temple, St Sebastian church, St Agnes College and this is the place where you have 24x7 water facility. Today, Land Trades 'Len Hill Ferns' has been inaugurated and one more project is coming up at Jyothi. Srinath Hebbar is known for his sheer classic and elegance in his projects.”



Former MLA J R Lobo addressing the gathering, said, “A city must have good infrastructure when it comes to basic amenities. Mangaluru has high standard of living when compared to other cities. Land Trades is one among the builders which provides good apartments for the customers and has done really well in the real estate field.”

Mayor Bhaskar Moily said, "There is a lot of demand for the apartments in the city and during the last 25 years Srinath Hebbar is in the field of real estate and has been contributing to the development of Mangaluru.”

President of CREDAI Dr D B Mehta said, “It is said that real estate business has come down and thus holding on customers’ plan to buy the apartments. But the truth is, from last several years, the price of real estate has come down to 10 to 15% and it is an apt opportunity for the people to come and invest. As a CREDAI president, I have not received a single complaint from the customers of Land Trades which speaks volume of Srinath Hebbar's work".

Managing director Land trades K Srinath Hebbar welcomed the gathering and Manohar Prasad compered the programme and Christina rendered vote of thanks.

    Congratulations to Land Trades for another landmark project. What a great gesture to name the building after the land owners. Keep up the great job Mr. Srinath Hebbar and we want to see Land Trades name all over Kudla - a name you can trust for quality construction.
