Bantwal: Flashing of swords, spreading terror - four arrested

Bantwal, Jun 14: In connection with an incident at Baddakatte in the taluk that happened on June 11 in which swords were swung around, terror was spread, and BJP workers were threatened and attacked, four persons who reportedly supported the attackers, stand arrested.  

The arrested accused are Deepak (27) from Panjikallu Kajebail, Pavan (26) from B C Road Agrabail, as well as Shailesh (26) and Ranjith (25) from B C Road. On being produced in the court here on Wednesday, they were remanded to judicial custody. 

Main accused in the case, Surendra Bantwal, and his accomplices, Tilak, Manohar, Pradeep, and Sathish, are absconding.  

 

The arrested men had extended financial assistance to the accused and also provided them facility to hide after the crime, police said.

    If they had a job somewhere in Gulf or any other country would have come once a year as a heroes and would not become like this. By the time they work out side they become old and that time it is not the age for such things. Main problem is jobless or jobs with low salaries for which they are not happy. One fellow is giving a call to come all the people working abroad to India.
