Bengaluru: DySP Ganapati Suicide case – CBI asks full report from CID

Daijiworld Media Network – Bengaluru (ANK)

Bengaluru Oct 18: A Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) director from Chennai has asked Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to submit full report on DySP Ganapati suicide case.

Recently CID DG Kishore Chandra received a letter from a CBI director asking for full report on DySP Ganapati suicide case. It is clearly mentioned in the letter that the file should be handed over to CBI special crime branch at Chennai.

After the letter came, CID sleuths are in a hurry to complete the file and it is said that the file will be handed over to CBI within two days of time.

DySP Ganapati had directly blamed IPS officials Ashish Mohan Prasad and Pranab Mohanty during his interview in local channel. He had also mentioned the name of K J George, minister in the state cabinet.

CID had submitted B-report on this case.

Supreme Court in a judgment had asked CID to handover the case to CBI.

A month back forensic report was revealed, which stated that evidence of CCTV footage and video recordings were destroyed in addition to other evidences.

Best and classic question here will be "it took so long for CBI to ask the report from CID".... after handing over the case, it took so many days, weeks... to ask for this... We can imagine the speed of the investigation... wow.

Most brutal and inhuman manner in which Ganapathi used force on peaceful religious and laity people of Mangalore in Sept 2008 is still fresh in our minds. Every dog has his day. If you unduly harm and inflict pain on ordinary and silent protesters against the cowardly and sacrilegious Church attackers by antinational and fascist forces calling themselves Sri Rama Sene, then the good God from above watches and punishes such sinners. Depression and unstable mental state is the result of these sins and driven to the cowardly step. So let everyone beware of the consequences and function with justice and empathy.

    K.J. George promoted DySp Ganapati.

Yet because of his Christian title Ganapati blamed George and self commited suicide.

SELF COMMITTING SUICIDE IS CRIME FROM HIMSELF.
