Udupi: Janardhan Thonse made district Congress president

Udupi, Oct 16: Congress leader Janardhan Thonse has been appointed as district Congress president by Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC).

The post was held previously by Gopala Poojary.

Janardhan Thonse is Zilla Panchayat (ZP) member from Kallianpur and previously was president of Urban Development Authority.

 

As the Assembly elections are nearing, KPCC has appointed new presidents in many districts.
