Mangaluru, Jul 14: Well-known builders in the city Nirmaan Homes, inaugurated 'Kudva's Grandeur' commercial complex at Suratkal on Thursday, July 13.

Addressing the gathering, former state minister Krishna J Palemar said, "With 'Kudva's Grandeur', Nirmaan Homes have given an excellent commercial complex to Suratkal. The builders took two-and-a-half years to complete the building. They have provided all the essentials in the buildings according to customers' needs and wishes. Builders should take care of their customers' needs. Krishnaraj Mayya and Bhaskar Gadiyar of Nirmaan Homes have always delivered what their customers wanted. This time, they have selected Suratkal. This complex is a gift to this developing city. The rapid growth of Suratkal shows that the people of this region support development. I congratulate the owners of this building, the land owner and the public in Suratkal. I hope many such buildings will come up in this region."

Former mayor Harinath said, "We people belong to a smart city. We believe in development. Governments are spending crores of rupees for the development of our cities. At the same time, we should grateful to our builders. They are also contributing a lot. They provide world class infrastructure to our cities which makes us proud. With their help, Mangaluru is steadily converting into a city with a high standard of living. Nirmaan Homes is an established name in the construction of apartments and commercial buildings. I congratulate owners as well as the local residents here for this beautiful complex."

The engineers and the sub-contractors of the project were felicitated by the guests.

Earlier, Bhaskar Gadiyar welcomed the dignitaries and the guests. Krishnaraj Mayya delivered the vote of thanks.

Land owner Gayatri Kudva, entrepreneur Basti Purushotham Shenoy, and Sendil Kumar, regional manager, Indian Overseas Bank were also present.
