Daijiworld Media Network-Mangaluru (RJP)

Mangaluru, Jun 22: Prohibitory orders under section 144 of Criminal Procedure Code have been extended all over Dakshina Kannada district till 12 midnight on June 27.

The prohibitory orders issued earlier in all taluks except city commissionerate limits had been extended from June 14 to 21. In the background of a murder which happened at Benjanapadavu in Bantwal taluk on Wednesday, the orders were extended again and made applicable for one more week till June 27.

District magistrate and deputy commissioner, Dr K G Jagadeesh, issued this order on June 21.

A later order dated Thursday, June 22 has included the Mangaluru city commissionerate. It says order will remain imposed in the commissionerate from 22 June, 10 am to 27 June midnight. With this the entire Dakshina Kannada district faces prohibitory orders till the mentioned date.

Forming of crowds, carrying of weapons, raising slogans and organizing processions have been banned during this period.

Government should stop feeding lazy and unproductive population with free or 1 rupee rice instead spend that money on poor children's education or scholarship. Karnataka state will grow with educated and working peoples not with these kind of jacks.

What are these BJP goons thinking of? People do you not realise every time these kind of things happen some lives are lost and their families suffer, buisnesses are affected and if this continues no new buisness will come to D.K. and the exiating ones awill move away from the area. Smart city will be only in your dreams. BJP has realised that they will not get majority in Karnataka and want to create communal violence to polarise the religions to get vote and congress and Kamaraswami and co are pouring fuel into fire. Kalladka Bhat is always known to create communal problems in the area yet all these congress politicians go and touch his feet and behind the scene they are all friends. Don't encourage any extreemist parties and once they realise this they will gradually fade away.

Give full power to police. Its thier job to maintain law and order. Ban double ridding in two wheelers, don't allow any young people to roam without valid reason. No political parties or organization should give statemen. Put TADA act on the trouble makers. Send them Bellary or Belgavi. Then see how thier family people come police to beg to release members as they are innocents. One SP or Circle inspector can't do anything. Put more Naka Bandhi.

No never this was to to hide all the issues which were occuring in central govt...if it was for respect of Hindus..They should have banned Beef exports which now in Number one after Modi Government...And for your Kind information those who own beef export companies are Hindus.... First of all, your kind information there was no ban on beef. It is just that ppl who are selling the cattle can't sell it to slaughter house, where cattle market happens especially in rural India. You can bring up cattle in home and slaughter it. Plus you can get certificate from the animal husbandry doctor and slaughter it. This step was taken to stop illegal slaughter house. Anything which is illegal should be stopped. Isn't it?

Yes Mr.Sharavan now beef ban has come to the conclusion of step taken to stop illegal slaughter house. same as Demonetization initially started as war against black money, corruption and counterfeit currency and later shifted to cashless and digital society. Bhakths cant help you.

Haha, I purchased very good Indian Beef (Veal) from a super market in Dubai yesterday. Why is cow holy only when it is sold in India? Are they not killing Go Mata when they do it for export? Rightly said, this is done not for the love of the Hindus or the Cow, this is done only to divert attention from important topics.

Why Section 144 for only up to June 27th. We have enough police personal. Why they don't keep section 144 permanently in all 4 taluks ? Section 144 should be kept till all culprits are caught ,punished and permanently jailed without any bail and not considering any religion. They are disturbing not only peace but also the life of people who want to live peacefully. Only then everything becomes normal.
