It is a good move. For a liver transplant one has to report within 12 hours once a suitable match is found. many patients find it difficult to reach Bangalore and Chennai on time for it. In addition lot of extra expenses are there for bystanders also when not in home town.

Let us hope a good team operates and things and protocols are in place with good post operative care
    .
Only a person in waiting list for transplant knows the agony of waiting for one and hoping to get one before he dies even if he is very well off.

Let us hope the program takes off well and is a boon to the people of the region.
