Mangaluru: Ullal gets new landmark - Inland Impala inaugurated

Mangaluru, Jan 16: 'Inland Impala', the sea-facing landmark apartment complex built by In-Land Infrastructure Developers Pvt Ltd, was inaugurated by minister for food and civil supplies U T Khader at Ullal here on Sunday January 15.

Addressing the gathering, U T Khader said, "I congratulate Siraj Ahmed and the entire team of In-Land on this newly-constructed apartments. Siraj started In-Lland 30 years ago and today he has set an example with the drastic progess he has achieved through his dedication and sincerity.

"Ullal, which has a vast history, is called a holy place and residents are lucky to have an opportunity to own the flats in Inland and thus experience the joy of a sea-facing home. Ullal has also been a talking point as it is known to be a sensitive area. I urge residents not to take such talks seriously and instead live happily," he said.

Chairman and managing director Siraj Ahamed said, "Inland Imphala is one of the most prestigious projects in Ullal. Every individual dreams of having their own house and In-Land has been providing such luxury aparments with all basic amenities at an affordable price for the buyers. In-Land has been sincere in executing development works, through which it has been able to spread wings widely in Bengaluru too. District in-charge minister Ramanath Rai said, "The chairman of In-Land Siraj is a brand ambassador of the state and he has been proving it by building beautiful luxury apartments. Mangaluru is known as one of the fast growing cities and has also been selected to become a Smart City, and adding to it, myriad apartments are standing tall in Mangaluru. A lot of development works have been proposed and some are under way, including the Thumbay vented dam, which will help provide water to the city without any difficulty in the coming days."

Engineer of 'Inland Impala' Rahul Shetty was felicitated during the occasion.

Veteran journalist Manohar Prasad compered the programme.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLA Mohiudeen Bava, chancellor of Yenepoya University Y Abdulla Kunhi, CREDAI president D B Mehta, president K Hussain Kunzhimonu, Sayyed Madani Dargah president Rashid and others were present.
