Mangaluru, Jul 14: The ground-breaking and launching ceremony for 'Milestone 25', the latest project by Land Trades builders, marking the silver jubilee milestone of the company, was held at Balmatta here on Thursday July 14.
The religious rituals were performed by Kadri Shankar Bhat and the ground-breaking ceremonywas done by Mohan Amin.
The dignitaries also launched the brochure of the project on the occasion.
Srinath Hebbar, managing director of Land Trades, corporators Lancelot Pinto, Ashok Kumar D K, former mayor Shashidhar Hegde, CA Hariram Shenoy, Udayavani bureau chief Manohar Prasad, industrialist Mahesh Chandra and others were present on the occasion.
'Milestone 25' - A Futuristic Offering by Land Trades
Situated at the site of the former 'Indra Bhavan', 'Milestone 25' is a unique commercial development featuring imaginative design and distinctive architecture. MFAR Constructions has been assigned with the task of project execution. The structural work will be done by Anagha Engineering Consultants, Bengaluru. Both these firm are reputed names in their respective fields.
Prominently located on the main road in the heart of the city at Collector's Gate Junction, Balmatta, 'Milestone 25' is well supported with all required facilities. It is situated right opposite 'Parin', our another successful commercial project which was completed and inaugurated last year.
'Milestone 25' comprises of ground floor plus four floors of hot commercial space. Three levels have been reserved in the basement for spacious car parking. There are two automatic lifts, and standby heavy duty power generator too.
The construction work will be taken up at a rapid pace and the project is expected to be delivered in 18 months. As the project is slated for completion in the silver jubilee year of Land Trades, its name 'Milestone 25' signifies an important peak moment in the firm's successful journey of two and a half decades.
