    Well good project from reputed builder. However, looking at so many projects mushrooming around Mangalore, it has become a buyer's market now...So there is ample choice for flat accomodation in and around the city, which means, prices may dip south after some time. My choice to choose the flat price is to compare Mumbai/Bangalore per sq ft price, and when mangalore becomes comparable or cheaper to metro prices, I will BUY.

    We should really proud to have such a prestigious ,well planned and beautifully located project in Mangalore.But local middle class buyers from M'lore would look something between 20-25 lakhs for an appartment from their total life earnings.
