Saudi Arabia: KSA Madrasa Annual Meet 2012 Held in Dammam

Saudi Arabia, May 18: “Students’ Talent Show Programme” on the occasion of KSA Madrasa Annual Meet-2012 was organized during the weekend at Islamic Cultural Center (ICC) Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Karnataka Salafi Association (KSA) Dammam-Khobar Unit organized this programme in association with the ICC Dammam.

The event, which started after the Jumma prayer at 12.30 and ended in the evening after Maghrib prayer, was inaugurated by Abdul Wahid Mazroui, director of ICC. Addressing the audience, he said that Karnataka Salafi Association (KSA) has been doing a wonderful Dawah works based on the tenets of Quraan, Sunnah /Hadeeth and life fashion of the Salaf Sahabas companions of the prophet Muhammad. The Muslims are required to adhere to the strict tenets of Islam without any deviation in their Aqeedha (faith) and manhaj (way). Abdul Jabbar Madeeni, Daee in ICCC, also addressed the audience. Abdul Majeed S M, Daee in Khobar, spoke in Beary on the topic “Santhaana Paripaalane” (upbringing of offspring).

The variety entertainment programme by KSA students also was remarkable event on the occasion. The students from kindergarten and upper classes dazzled the stage with their talents. The skits of both girls and boys were compelling.

Adhan, Islamic speeches, songs and other programmes were also the highlight of the gathering. The prizes were given to the winners for various section of the cultural extravaganza. A large number of ladies and gents were present to witness the event.

KSA, consisting of many Mangaloreans, is doing tremendous works in eradicating the community’s superstitious beliefs which is associated with Islam and enlighten about the religious practices according to the teaching of the holy book Qur’aan. KSA conducts its regular classes in and around Al-Khobar for the students from Karnataka in Beary, Kannada and Urdu languages. It also arranges regular discourses for the adults based on right aqeedah (faith) and manhaj (way) and releases and distributes several CDs, handouts, pamphlets, books and other literary pieces amongst Muslims and others. 

“We lack classes for the students in Dammam, which is around 15 kms away from Khobar. The students, who have to commute from Dammam to attend classes in Al-Khobar, have been facing a lot of problems, including the heavy traffic congestion on the Dammam-Khobar Expressway. KSA would soon open a Madrasa in Dammam too”, said MH Hameed.  

M HHameed Mulky, Ahmed Hussain (HIT), Hasan Bawa Suralpady, Aziz Talapady, Abubakker Perla, Sharief Yennehole-Karkala, Ibrahim Kalkar, Ismail (Saudicatering), Zulfiker Mangalore and others were present on the dais.

    Assalamualaikum wr wb im from Pakistan and i have visit visa for 1 year i wana join your madrassa Alkhamdulillah i have Islamic knowledge too i did 3 years course of tranlation of Quran in pakistani madrassa so can i join your madrassa if i can then how plzz help me wassalam.
