Mangalore, Dec 24: A J Hospital & Research Centre in association with Avishkar Yoga will organize Yoga Therapy Department in January.

A yoga camp is organized at A J Hospital & Research Centre from Monday December 26 to December 31at the Conference Hall between 5.00 pm and 6.00 pm.

The Yoga Therapy Department will provide yoga treatment for Asthma, Arthritis, Blood pressure, Diabetes, Backaches, Joint Pain, Headache, Sinusitis, Migraine, Hypertension, Hyperacidity, Heart problems, Obesity, Menstrual disorders, Nervous problem, Stomach disorders, and Sleep disorders.

The following special monthly yoga courses will be conducted, foundation yoga course of 12 days and weight reduction course with diet Chandrayanayoga vrata with free cholesterol & BMI check-up.

A J Hospital & Research Centre came into existence in the year 2001 with the objective of providing world class healthcare facilities in Mangalore.

    Very nice idea., Now the Physicians in the western countries realised the value of Yoga therapy and directing the patients to the Yoga Gurus..For an Indian, some foreigners should certify, to respect our knowledge ! One thing we should keep in mind that YOGA is a defensive mechanism..The Yoga teacher should be well versed with the technics and not a mere teacher., he/ she must be a Guru, who should be convinced with the concept and has self expereince..regards..Gopalsamy
