Mumbai: Vidushi Shyamala Prakash’s Maiden Book ‘Nadopasana’ Released

Mumbai, Nov 15: Dr A V Prasanna, personal secretary serving Karnataka state ministry of higher education and Kannada scholar, released ‘Nadopasana’, the maiden book authored by metro’s renowned classical singer Vidushi Shyamala Prakash, in a simple function held at Karnataka Sangh auditorium, Matunga (West), on Saturday November 12.

B G Nayak of Karnataka Sangh presided over the programme. Kannada Sahitya Parishat Maharastra unit president H B L Rao was the guest of honour on the occasion.


K Manjunatayya of Mysore Association and Prakash Rao were present on the dais. A musical concert by Vidushi Shyamala Radhesh was staged as part of the cultural programme. 

Karnataka Sangh honorary treasurer Omdas Kannangar welcomed the gathering.  Honorary secretary Dr Bharat Kumar Polipu compered the programme.
