Mangaluru: Annual Health Checkup organized at Mount Carmel Central School

Mangaluru, Sep 13: Mount Carmel Central School looked like a Community Health Care Centre with specialized doctors with their teams from A.J. Hospital and Medical College conducting the health checkup relating to eye, ear, teeth, skin and general checkup for children of Grade I to XII in the school hall from September 9 to 13.

The children were excited with their health cards and visited different units to get themselves tested. This health check up educated the children of the health care services available to them in different hospitals and health care centres, as health is an important factor in the growth of a child. A few children were given pink cards for further consultations in the hospital. At a time when cold, cough, viral fever is dominant, school medical checkup was truly a blessing to many children.

The school management thanks the team of doctors and the management of A J Hospital for conducting this checkup in the school.
