Bengaluru, Sep 12: Konkani Kulvar Association, Bengaluru celebrated Monthi Fest at our Lady of Lourdes Church, Ulsoor on September 8.
Veneration of Mother Mary and blessing of New Paddy commenced, followed by concelebrated Holy Mass in Konkani by Fr Prakash D'Cunha, Fr Albert (Assistant Parish Priest) and Br Derick.
A vote of thanks and ceremony honouring the priests and to students securing the highest marks was conducted by Dr Lora Rita Goveas.
Traditional breakfast was served to all the members and their families. New paddy and sugarcane were distributed after breakfast.
Dr Ajith Royan, president of Konkani Kulvar, thanked all the members for their efforts, support, and contributions in making the event a memorable one.
