Fifth anniversary celebrations of Mangalore Catanian Association Circle 375 held

Mangaluru, Aug 17: The fifth anniversary celebrations of the Mangalore Catanian Association Circle 375 were held on Tuesday, August 16 at the St Aloysius College chapel. The celebrations began at 6 pm with a mass with Fr Dr J B Saldanha and Fr Anush D’Cunha co-celebrating it. At 7.30 pm after the mass, all the members gathered at the Mangalore Club.

Members from Puttur circle 380 including its president John Cutinha and other brothers were also present.

After the meeting, founder president Bro Gilbert D'Souza, renowned industrialist of Mangaluru   and past president and CEO of Karnataka agencies bro. Richard Rodrigues were felicitated by the president of Mangalore Catanian circle 375 Bro Lancy Menezes, secretary Peter Clever and Fr Anush D’Cunha.

The felicitation programme was followed by a cultural programme which included singing, games, dance and housie housie. The evening ended with a thanksgiving by Bro Vinod Pinto and was followed by a fellowship dinner.

Following are the members of the governing body of Mangalore Catanian Association circle 375 for the year 2022-23:

President Bro Lancy Menezes, past president Bro Richard Rodrigues, vice-president Bro Roger Pinto, secretary Bro Peter Claver D'Souza, treasurer Bro Condred Nazareth, membership development officer Bro Vinod Pinto, chamberlin Bro Vincent Cutinha, registrar Bro Clinton D Souza and marshal Bro Ronald Fernandes.
