Kasargod, Aug 12: A youth doused self with kerosene, lighted fire and killed himself on the road during night at Chiplikayalli of Bovikana in the district.

Sadgeeth (31), son of M Damodaran Nair resident of Kuttikolu Shankarapadi Kuliankall of Bovikana is the person who took this extreme step to end his life.

Sadgeeth was employed in gulf country and had come back to native place a year ago. He was going through financial difficulties.

Adoor police arrived on the spot and sent the body to post mortem to Kasargod general hospital.
