Udupi, Aug 8: Third Day of Novena with intention for Priest and Religious held at Kalmady. The Third day of novena prayers in preparation of the proclamation and Dedication of Our Lady of Velankanni centre at Kalmady as a diocesan Shrine was held on Monday August 8, 2022.
Fr Vincent Coelho, parish priest, Holy Cross Church, Byndoor, conducted the novena prayers for the intentions of Priests and Religious.
Fr Baptist Menezes, parish priest, Stella Maris Church, Kalmady, Fr Roy Lobo, asst parish priest were the con celebrant on the occasion. Choir Team from Milagres Cathedral, conducted the choir.
Feast of Our Lady of Velankanni, proclamation and dedication of Our Lady of Velankanni as a diocesan Shrine and the Golden Jubilee Celebration of Stella Maris Church, Kalmady will be celebrated on Monday August 15, 2022.
