Beltangady, Jul 4: “Students must always long for great desire to attain knowledge, equip with life skills and must inculcate values in life,” said Dr Vishal Pinto, assistant professor, Government First Grade College, Punjalkatte.
He was addressing at the inauguration of student council of Anugraha PU College Ujire. The programme was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the correspondent Fr James D'Souza.
The correspondent in his message congratulated the office bearers of the student council and told them to be the role models for others.
The principal of the college Fr Vijay Lobo administrated the oath to the newly selected office bearers of the student council.
The president of the student Council Clitus Prajwal Quadras welcomed the gathering and secretary of the student council Athulya Rositta Sabu proposed the vote of thanks.
