Mangaluru, June 24: The Blood Donors Mangaluru will be organising their 350th blood donation camp and felicitations at R K C Wonder city, Deralakatte on July 3.
The camp will be held under the cooperation of Red Cross blood bank, Mangaluru, Father Muller blood bank, Mangaluru and Yenepoya Medical college blood bank from 9 am to 2 pm with the theme ‘BDM step on the path of achievement, another feather in the pages of coastal history’.
Special persons will be felicitated in the camp. Political and social leaders will be participating as the guests of honour.
Blood donors who have indulged in the social sector during the last nine years have created several records. They are ahead in social work along with blood donation. Chief secretary Nawaz Kallarakodi has requested local residents and well-wishers to participate in large numbers and make the programme successful.
