Udupi, May 5:  The state government on Thursday, May 5 transferred Udupi Zilla Panchayat chief executive officer (CEO) Naveen Bhat with immediate effect appointing Prasanna H in his palce.
Prasanna was serving as deputy resident commissioner, Karnataka Bhavan, New Delhi.

Naveen Bhat is posted as director (Personnel) of Karnataka Road Transport Corporation until further orders.

He has been moved as a part of the statewide IAS officers' transfers by the state government.
