Kadaba, Apr 30: Manjunath Bhandary, MLC held block wise zilla panchayat meetings of Koyla, Nelyadi, Subramanya and Savanoor that fall under the limits of Kadaba block.
The meeting was presided over by K Harish Kumar, MLC and district Congress president. Subhash Chandra Shetty Kolnad, president of panchayat Raj organization and Sudhir Kumar Shetty, president of Kadaba block were present.
Issues pertaining to land, 9 & 11, shortage of grant were discussed in the meeting.
Responding to the issues raised in the meeting Bhandary said that he will take suitable action soon by contacting concerned departments.
P P Varghese, member zilla panchayat, Sarvothama Gowda, Dr Raghu, KPCC incharge, Krishnappa, Vijaya Kumar Sorake, Thomas, Sheenappa Gowda and Gangadhar Shetty were present.
