Puttur: Public catch hold of youth misbehaving with girl, hand him over to police

Puttur, Apr 26: In an incident that occurred at the bus stand in the city, public took to task a youth, who misbehaved with a young girl in the bus.

It is alleged that Mohammed Sattar, resident of Madannur, misbehaved with the girl in the bus that was arriving from Sullia to Puttur. The other passengers in the bus who noted this, questioned him. He tried to escape from the spot but was caught by the public and handed over to the police.

Puttur city police are investigating further.
