Udupi: Annual Rathotsava at Sri Mahalakshmi Uchila concludes with grand fervour

Udupi, Apr 14: After two years of pandemic, the annual Rathotsava of Sri Mahalakshmi Uchila concluded with grand fervour on Wednesday, April 13.

The religious rituals were performed by the temple's priest Vedamurthy Kukkikatte Raghavendra Thantry, chief temple priests Raghavendra Upadhyaya and Vishnumurthy Upadhyaya.

A decorated chariot taken around the car street of the temple and devotees were pulled the chariot.

Nadoja G Shankar, honourary president, the temple renovation committee, Gundu Amin, president, temple renovation committee, Jaya C Kotian, president, Dakshina Kannada Mogaveera Mahajana Sangha, Vasudeva Salian, president, temple administration board, and others were present during the occasion.

Thousands of devotees thronged to the temple and had Anna prasada which was arranged at the Mahalakshmi temple premises.
