Panaji, Dec 18: The first North Goa District (Under -16) School Tennis Ball Cricket Championships for boys and girls was held at Hedgewar High School ground, Mala here on Friday December 17. 

St Rita High School, Colvale (Boys) and Dyanaprasrak High School, Mapusa( girls) emerge winnersThe championship was organized by Goa Tennis Ball Cricket Association and Hedgewar High School.

St Rita High School, Colvale among boys and Dyanaprasrak High School, Mapusa among girls

Runners-up

S S V Government High Schoool, Kumbharjua among boys and Peoples High School, Panaji among girls

Third Place  

Hedgewar High School, Panaji among boys and Rosary High School, Dona-Paulo among girls

Fourth Place

Radhakrishna High School, Bicholim among boys and Hedgewar High School, Panaji among girls

Best Batsman

Chandran , SSV Government High School among boys and Kritika, DHS, Mapusa among girls

Best Bowler

Santosh, St Rita High School among boys and Shilpa, Rosary High School among girls

Vilas Satarkar, headmaster of Hedgewar High School was the chief guest. The other guest were Jitendra Naik, Jayprakash Nirmale, and other office-berears of SAG and GTBCA.

    I was playing in that match n i was part of that team
    we emerge continue 4 times in 4 year's the champ of cricket.
