Kundapur, Jan 24: The installation of Koti Chennaya Panjurli Garadi Bimba was held here as a part of Brahmakalashotsava Gendaseve - Panjurli Nemotsava and Brahma Baidarkala fair on January 23 and 24.

Devanandi, Mahasankalpa, Jeevakalasha Prathiste, Shikhara Prathiste, Sapariwara Brahmabaidarkala Punha Prathiste and Kalatatva Homa Ratri, Jeevakashabhi Prasanna were held at 7.50 PM. Maha Santrpane was held at 12.30 PM. MLA B M Sukumar Shetty inaugurated the welcome tower. Yakshagana Bayalata ‘Koti Chennaya’ was performed on Hanumagiri Meala from 7 PM.

Brahma Kumbhasheka was held from 9.56 AM to 10.40 AM on January 24, Palla Pooje, Brahma Baidarka Darshana and distribution of Maha Prasada at 11 AM. Maha Anna Santarpane was held at 12.30 PM. Agelu Seve, Halavali, distribution of Prasada were organised at 8 PM.

Brahmakalashotsava Samithi honorary president Gopala Poojary, managing committee and renovation committee president S Raju Poojary, honorary president S Jagannath Shetty, vice president Venkata Poojary Sasihitlu, Manjunath Poojary Melhitlu, Garadimane chief secretary Shivarama Poojary Yadhtare, renovation committee members, Brahmakalashotsava committee president Ganesh L Poojary, executive president Raju S Mayyadi, chief secretary Prabhakar Billava, Prakash Markodi, welcome committee president Prabhaker Billava Shirur, Govinda Babu Poojary, president Nagaraja Shetty, Nakatte, executive president Ananda Shetty Nakatte and others were present.
