Karkala: Annual feast, novena of Attur St Lawrence Shrine postponed indefinitely

Karkala, Jan 12: The Annual Novena and Feast of Attur Karkala St Lawrence Shrine Basilica which is scheduled every year in the month of January, has been postponed indefinitely.

A media release from the shrine stated, “As the Covid-19 pandemic is on the rise in the state, in order to protect the health and wellbeing of people the Annual Novena and Feast of Attur Karkala St Lawrence Shrine Basilica which is scheduled to be held from 16-17 January, 2022 is postponed indefinitely. The new schedule will be communicated in due time.

“We urge everyone to strictly follow the Covid-19 guidelines in their daily life,” stated the release.

We thank St. Lawrence for all the Blessings received.
