Mangaluru: Tasmayi, Jesnia bag gold in 37th State Speed Skating Championship

Mangaluru, Dec 2: Tasmayi and Jesnia bagged gold in the 37th State Speed Skating Championship held at Bengaluru on November 25 to 28, 2021.

The Championship was organised by Karnataka Roller Skating Assocation. More than 450 skaters participated in the Championship. A total of 10 skaters from Mangalore Roller Skating Club participated and won a total of 15 medals.

The skaters who participated in the championship were trained by the Mahesh Kumarand International Skater Sharanya of Mangalore Roller Skating Club.

The details of medals won are as follows:
Tasmayi Shetty - 2 Gold, 1 Silver
Jesnia Correa - 2 Gold and 1 Silver
Laksh - 1 Silver
Hannah Fernandes - 3 Bronze
Yuvaraj Kotian - 2 Bronze
Arjun Kotian - 1 Bronze
Mohammed Ayaan - 2 Bronze
