Mass singing of Kannada songs held at Mangaluru airport

Mangaluru, Oct 28: As per the direction of state government, ‘Laksha Kanthagala Geethagayana’, a mass singing of Kannada songs to commemorate Kannada Rajostava was organised at Mangaluru International Airport here on Thursday October 28.

Students of Bajpe St Joseph School and College sang Kannada songs as part of the programme organised to spread love for Kannada language.

Airport CAO Nirav Sha, Kannada lecturer of St Joseph College Bajpe Ram Prasad DR, physical director Santhosh Mascarenhas, physical director of Pompei Education Institute Harish Rai, MIA terminal in-charge Dharmesh Mehta, organiser Essel Concesso, Bajpe police station SI Kamala and others were present.
