Mangaluru: Guest lecture by Prof Swaminathan held at Srivinas University

Mangaluru, Oct 23: College of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University Pandeshwar, Mangaluru has organized a guest lecture on October 21 for BBA Aviation Management students. Professor Swaminathan, dean, College of Hotel Management, Srinivas University, was the guest speaker of the session.

He gave the students an insight about the etiquettes and manners that an individual need to follow while serving hospitality industries. Students were enlightened about the thought that etiquette pertains to generally accepted standards of good behavior. It is, basically, treating people with kindness. Without etiquette, it would be difficult for any industry or business to thrive, particularly in the hospitality industry, where treating people well is of paramount importance.

Professor Shashank delivered the welcome speech while Swaraj, student of second year BBA (Aviation Management) proposed vote of thanks. The guest lecture was planned and organised by Professor Pavithra Kumari, dean, College of Aviation Studies.
