Mangaluru: 'In-land Sunlight-Moonlight' set to be inaugurated on Oct 25

Media Release

Mangaluru, Oct 23: The In-land Group's newest premium project, Inland Sunlight-Moonlight, is now ready to occupy and will be inaugurated on October 25.

The residential project has a unique twin-tower structure consisting of 60 apartments in one tower and 15 apartments in the second tower. The project is designed by well-known architects and its modern, vibrant colours appeal to all classes of people who dream of owning a home in the vicinity of Mangaluru, at an attractive price.

In-land Sunlight-Moonlight is located on Kulur-Kavoor Road, an upcoming residential area which is developing fast. This road has been identified as a key arterial road under the Smart City scheme of the central government and is the link road between several key areas of the city and the national highway. The area's potential for growth is immense as it is surrounded by major infrastructure companies in the petrochemical, logistics, shipping and airline sectors. In fact this road is a popular residential choice of employees from MRPL, NMPT, MFL and the airport.

In-land Sunlight-Moonlight offers 3 bhk in sizes of 1,415 and 1,470 sq ft and 2 bhk in 1,025, 1,055 and 1,095 sq ft sizes. The company has kept the price affordable and within the reach of the aspiring home buyer.

The project has all modern amenities including a gymnasium, walking track, dedicated car parks, children's play area, intercom, 24-hour security and power back-up.

With well-established infrastructure facilities around Kulur-Kavoor Road, residents will be within easy reach of popular schools, colleges and shopping centers.

Says Siraj Ahamed, MD and Chairman of the In-land Group, "In-land has spent the last 35 years creating modern, affordable homes while maintaining a stellar reputation for perfect titles, on-time delivery and high quality construction. Our vision is to provide a roof for all those desiring one. With Inland Sunlight-Moonlight our goal is to offer new locations for people to settle in, away from the congested city zones. This is especially important for people working in the fast developing infrastructure belt in the north of the city. To meet the aspirations of such people we have deliberately kept the price of the apartments at very affordable levels. The project has received very good customer support even at the construction stage and now only a few apartments are available for sale."

In-land Sunlight-Moonlight will be inaugurated on Monday October 25 by the member of Legislative Assembly (Mangaluru City North) Dr Bharath Shetty Y. Guests of honour include Ajith Kumar Rai Maladi, president, Buntara Yane Nadavara Mathru Sangha; Anil Kumar, corporator, Mangaluru City Corporation; and Pushparaj Jain, president, CREDAI-Mangaluru.
