Mangaluru: Patent granted to faculty of NMAMIT

Mangaluru, Oct 19: Dr I R Mithanthaya, vice principal & dean of Academics, and Dr Shriram Marathe, assistant professor, grade III of the department of Civil Engineering, at NMAMIT has been granted with a patent for their invention entitled 'Sustainable pervious Alkali activated Concrete paver block pavement for Ground Water Recharge' for the term of 20 years in accordance with the provisions of Patents Act 1970.
