Mangaluru, Oct 18: The Bharath Academy stands as a citadel of learning and is committed to develop the minds and initiatives of children instilling the 21st century skills with their new Cambridge international certification.

TBA is the first ever school in Mangalore to be accredited with a prestigious ‘Cambridge International’ affiliation making it the one and only international school in DK, Udupi and other peripheral districts that delivers the international curriculum to children.

The president of the Bharath School Trust, Anand G Pai unveiled the display of the Cambridge international affiliation certificate. Sudhir M Pai, Dr Vindhya Anand Pai, Suma Ananth Pai, CA Shivananda Pai, Johnson Tellis, Surekha M H, Anjana Kamath and the staff of the school were present.

Anand G. Pai laid foundation for the new school building which will accommodate students till Grade 12 with Cambridge Pathway programmes.

Dr Vindhya Anand Pai said that The Bharath Academy will help facilitate this process in the TBA campus starting with the preschool programme at Elements of TBA based on thematic approach under the leadership of preschool principal Anjana Kamath, the ongoing programme prepares students from 2 years to 6 years. Grade 1 onwards.

The Bharath Academy prepares children for Cambridge International Assessment Education programmes under the able leadership of Surekha M H, principal of The Bharath Academy who gave an insight about the Cambridge Pathway and the international curriculum for students aged 5 -19. Its wide range of subjects and flexibility gives the school, the chance to shape the curriculum making it child centric with realistic learning approaches and global perspectives through skills required in relevance to the future generations.

Cambridge qualifications are widely recognized by universities and employers around the globe. The Bharath Academy is the first K 12 school in coastal belt to cater school education to mould students who can be confident that their qualifications will be highly valued throughout their educational career, in India and abroad.
